1 cup flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1\/4 cup confectioners sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 cup of milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3 TB butter, melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 tsp vanilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1\/4 tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sift flour and confectioners’ sugar into a bowl. Add milk, eggs, butter, vanilla and salt; beat until smooth. <\/li>
\n Heat a lightly greased 6-in. skillet; add about 3 tablespoons batter,\n spreading to almost cover bottom of skillet. Cook until lightly \nbrowned; turn and brown the other side. Remove to a wire rack. Repeat \nwith remaining batter (make 10-12 pancakes), greasing skillet as needed.\n <\/li>
For filling, \nmelt butter in large skillet. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. \nStir in cream and cook until slightly thickened. Add half of the bananas\n at a time to skillet; heat for 2-3 minutes, spooning sauce over them. \nRemove from the heat. <\/li>
\n Roll a pancake around each banana half and place on a serving \nplatter. Spoon sauce over pancakes. Top with whipped cream and dash of \ncinnamon if desired.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
