4 -5 TB Almond butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 scoop protein powder ( I use unflavored but you can use any kind) <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dash of nut milk ( I use almond milk)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1-2 Squares keto friendly chocolate or 1\/4 cup chips (i.e. Lily’s chips or unsweetened dark chocolate)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And 5-6 drops stevia if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step #1:<\/strong>\u00a0 Mix nut butter and protein powder (and sweetener if using) until combined.
