Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In a large pot, add cauliflower to boiling water.\u00a0 Boil the cauliflower until soft, about 8-10 minutes.<\/li><li>Drain the cauliflower, allowing all steam to escape. Dry cauliflower will help make a creamier mash.<\/li><li>Transfer the drained cauliflower to a food processor.\u00a0 Add the ghee, almond milk, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Place the ground beef mixture in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Top with the mashed cauliflower.<\/li><li>Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes and until the filling is bubbly and the topping is browned<\/li><li>Calories per serving @ 6 servings. 212 per serving. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">This is modified to my diet.
