It\u2019s a very short,<br>sweet story about a little girl named Esther who livedith her grandpa and grandma because her mom<br>and dad were dead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><br>Through a little bird, she became acquainted with the gardener, who had had a very rough life. He<br>had lost his mom and dad and had made a promise to his mom to serve Jesus so that he could see her<br>again, but he had gone a different way. Through little Esther\u2019s questions and love for him, he became a<br>Christian and a servant of Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><br>There is a very interesting twist to the story, but I won\u2019t spoil it because I hope you\u2019ll read the book<br>and enjoy it as much as I did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">written by Bethany Griggs, post prepared by Crystal Lucas<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a book review for the book, A Little Servant, by Grace Livingston Hill.
